You can find us at 94 Katwaria Sarai in Hauz Khas. It’s a well-known area in New Delhi, and being here puts us right in the middle of everything. The office is a bit small, but it’s where all the day-to-day work with the deliveries gets done. We deal with a lot of international and local items. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and people walking by. Katwaria Sarai has its own vibe, very lived-in and busy. We’ve got a small team here. We mostly just focus on getting the parcels sorted and making sure the documentation is right. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary for things to run. We see a lot of different people coming in to drop things off or ask questions. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the manifests, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have a corporate brochure or anything like that. We just tell people where we are and what we do. It’s an honest way to make a living. The space is filled with boxes and paper most of the time. We know the local tea stall guy and the other shop owners nearby. It’s a good community to be a part of while we handle the logistics side of the business every day. We’ve been here for a while and know the local shortcuts around Hauz Khas.
