Down here at B-152 on Street No 6A in Raj Nagar-1, things get pretty hectic for us at Dhl Express India P Ltd. Palam Colony is one of those places where there is always something happening outside the door. We are tucked away in a spot that isn't always easy for big vans to turn around in, but we make it work every day. The office is small and smells a bit like packing tape and old paper. Most of the time, we are just sorting through boxes and making sure the labels are stuck on right. New Delhi-110045 is a crowded area, so the noise from the street usually comes right through the windows. We’ve got some regular guys who come in every morning for their shifts, and we usually start the day with a quick chat about the traffic. It’s not a shiny corporate building like you see in the movies. It’s just a practical workspace where we get the job done. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait a bit to scan things, which can be frustrating when the pile of packages is high. But we just keep at it. People come in looking for their stuff, and we help them find it. It's just a normal day for us, trying to stay organized in the middle of all the Palam chaos.
