Our spot is over in Dwarka at the Rajnigandha CGHS building. Specifically, we are in Flat 1045 on Plot Number 4 in Sector 10. It is a residential area, so it feels a bit different than a commercial hub, which we actually quite like. The security guards at the gate know us pretty well since we have people coming and going for shipments all the time. New Delhi 110075 is a big area to cover, but being based here makes it manageable. The office is pretty simple. We have our computers, some scales for weighing packages, and a lot of labels. It is mostly about keeping things organized so nothing gets sent to the wrong country. We see a lot of people sending gifts to relatives abroad or documents that need to get somewhere fast. It is not very glamorous work. We deal with a lot of tape and cardboard boxes. Sometimes the elevator in the building is out of service and we have to carry things up, which is a bit of a workout. We do not really do much marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the stack of items sitting on the counter. Most days it is just the sound of the keyboard clicking and the tape dispenser running. We keep some water and snacks in the corner for when the lunch break gets pushed back. It is just a regular office doing regular shipping work.
