It’s a local landmark that everyone knows. The neighborhood is quite lively. We do a lot of designing and thinking about how buildings should look and function. It’s not just about the bricks; it’s about the plan behind it. Our office is often full of samples and sketches. Sometimes it’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. Being in Delhi, you deal with all sorts of challenges, from narrow streets to building codes. We spend a lot of our time talking to contractors and suppliers. It’s a lot of back and forth. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a dedicated group of people who like building things. We’ve been in Sagarpur for a while and we know the locals well. It feels more like a community here than a business district. Sometimes we have to run out to a site quickly, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. We just lock up and head out. It’s practical work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just draw the plans and help get them built. It is a long process from a drawing to a finished wall, but we stay with it until the end.
