Deconsdesign Architect And Interior Design

We’re situated at F-125 in Ahimsa Bhavan, right in Lado Sarai, Mehrauli. This part of the city is always full of energy, and we fit right into the mix. Deconsdesign is basically us doing what we know—architecture and interiors. We’ve been in this building for some time, and it’s a good spot for meeting people who are looking to build or renovate. Our office isn't overly fancy, but it has enough space for our drafting tables and some computers. We spend a lot of time talking about blueprints and where the plumbing should go. It’s a lot of practical stuff that people don’t always think about when they start a project. We try to be honest about costs and how long things really take. Construction is never as fast as people want it to be, and we tell them that up front. Lado Sarai has become quite the place for designers, so we have good neighbors who do similar work. We often go out for tea at the corner shop to clear our heads when a project gets complicated. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s interesting work. We like seeing a project go from a rough sketch on a napkin to a real building that someone can actually live in. That's really the main thing for us, just getting the job done right for the person who hired us.
