D S Constructions Ltd, Gurgaon

We are located over at B5/63 in Safdarjang Enclave, right here in New Delhi. It’s a pretty busy neighborhood and we spend a lot of our time going back and forth between here and various sites in Gurgaon. D S Constructions Ltd has been around for a while now, mostly just focusing on the day-to-day tasks that come with building things. Our office isn't anything too special, just a place where we keep the files and meet up before heading out to the field. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls and checking on where the trucks are. It can get pretty hectic when multiple projects are happening at once. The guys are usually out on the ground by eight. We deal with all the usual stuff like late deliveries or rain messing up the schedule. It’s just how this business works. Sometimes people drop by the Enclave office to drop off paperwork or just to have a quick chat about a project. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a wall needs fixing, we fix it. If the permits are taking forever, we just wait it out like everyone else. Construction is a lot of waiting and then a lot of rushing. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the dust over the years. It’s just our normal life here in Delhi and Gurgaon.
