We are based in Sector 10, Dwarka. Our office is located in the I.I.T. Engineers CGHS, specifically in Flat No. 2604 on Plot No. 12. Working out of a residential society like this is a bit different from being in a big commercial tower. It’s much quieter, which we actually prefer for the kind of work we do at Cradle Indika. We don't have a big reception area or a lot of employees. It’s just a small team of us who know each other well. We have our desks set up in the main rooms of the flat and we spend our days getting through our various professional tasks. Dwarka is a good place for us because it’s well-connected but doesn't feel as chaotic as some other parts of Delhi. We don't use a lot of business jargon or try to sound overly professional. We just speak plainly and focus on getting the job done right. Most of our work comes from people who already know us, so we don't feel the need for big advertisements. We take our time with each project and make sure it’s done the way it should be. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it keeps our lives a bit less stressful. We like the local feel of the society and the fact that we can just focus on our work without many distractions every day.
