We are based out of apartment 1154 in the Akshardham Apartments complex over in Dwarka Sector 19. It’s quite close to the DDA Sports Complex in Pocket 3, which is a landmark most people in the neighborhood know. Working from a residential building keeps things quiet and lets us focus on the blueprints. We spend a lot of time staring at computer screens and moving lines around. The office is full of rolled-up drawings and stacks of site photos. We don't have a big neon sign outside. Most people find us because they live in Dwarka and need someone to look at their floor plans. Sometimes we’re out at sites getting our shoes dirty, and other times we’re sitting here debating where a wall should go. It’s a small operation. We handle the paperwork and the technical drawings ourselves. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s a calm place to work compared to the busier parts of Delhi. We like that we can walk over to the sports complex if we need a break. We started this because we liked building things, and that’s still what we do every day. There isn't much fluff here. Just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. We try to keep things organized, but when deadlines come up, the desk disappears under layers of paper. We aren't fancy, we just do the drawings and check the specs. It’s enough to keep us busy all week.
