If you walk down Gali Number 10 in Dashrath Puri, you will find us at B 2/26 on the second floor. We are very close to the Sahni Dev Mandir, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find the place. Cluo Cone is a small operation. The space isn't huge, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. We have our desks on one side and some storage on the other. It’s a typical Delhi lane, always something happening outside. You can hear the bells from the temple and people talking in the street. We don't have a big team of executives, just a few people who know the business. We focus on our cones and making sure the daily orders are handled. The stairs to the second floor are a bit narrow, so moving supplies up and down can be a bit of a workout. We don't use any fancy management software, just some notebooks and our phones. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We’ve been in Dashrath puri for some time now and we know the area well. It’s a busy part of town but it suits us. We just come in every morning, do what needs to be done, and go home. There’s no big mission statement here or anything. We just want to make sure the work gets finished properly before the day is over.
