You can find us at Plot No.164, on the 1st Floor in Sector-7 Dwarka. Citadel Fir Aid Technologies (P) Ltd. is our little company, and we’ve been operating out of this spot in Dwarka for a while now. Being on the first floor is nice because we get a bit of a view of the street, though it’s mostly just cars and people hurrying to the metro. Our office is a mix of desks and some equipment we use for the fire aid side of the business. It’s a practical setup. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and there’s usually a stack of manuals or safety gear sitting on the side table. It’s not a flashy corporate headquarters. We don't have a receptionist, so when the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to answer it. We spend our days dealing with various technical aspects of fire safety equipment. It involves a lot of checking and re-checking things. We aren't big on meetings; we usually just talk across the room if something needs doing. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to other parts of Delhi, which is good for getting work done without too many distractions. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a routine that just works. We just show up, do the job, and head home like everyone else. The building itself is just a regular block in the sector. We have some small heaters for the winter months because the windows let in a lot of draft.
