About Chitransh Foundation – Charity & Non Profit Organisations in South West Delhi
We are set up on the ground floor at Plot No. 453 in Sidhharth Residency. Being on the ground floor is actually pretty convenient because people don’t have to climb any stairs to get to us, which is a relief when it’s hot outside. The residency itself is a decent place, and our spot is easy enough to find once you’re inside the gates. Inside, the rooms are a bit small, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need. There’s a main area where most of us sit, and then a couple of smaller spaces for storage and files. We don’t have fancy rugs or anything, just plain floors and white walls that have a few marks on them from moving furniture around. You can hear the neighbors coming and going, which makes it feel like a real community spot rather than some isolated office. We usually keep the main door open a crack to let some air in, though that means we have to deal with the occasional fly or mosquito. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We start the day by opening up the shutters and getting the computers running. Sometimes the water tap in the back acts up, so we have to call someone to fix it, but mostly things run okay. It’s just us working through our tasks, answering calls, and making sure the Chitransh Foundation stays organized from this little ground floor office. We stay busy until the sun goes down and we lock up for the night.
