We are set up at A1/54 on the lower ground floor in Safdarjung Enclave. It is a quiet residential area, which makes for a peaceful place to get things done. The office itself is in the basement, so it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but we have plenty of lamps around to make it cozy. We have been working from this address for quite a few years now and have gotten to know the local tea sellers and shopkeepers pretty well. The space is filled with desks that are usually covered in drawings, notebooks, and half-empty coffee mugs. It’s a very lived-in environment. We don't have any of those fancy modern office perks like bean bags or ping-pong tables. Instead, we have comfortable chairs and a decent kettle. Most of our day is spent at our computers or standing around the main table discussing whatever we are currently working on. It’s a small group of us, and we tend to keep things very informal. There’s no dress code, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed even when we are busy. We don't use much in the way of fancy signage outside; you just have to know which gate to come through. It’s a simple, practical workplace that serves us well. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a good routine for a small local team like ours.
