Change Ventures Foundation

Our office for Change Ventures Foundation is in Dwarka Sector 10. We are in Rajnigandha Apartment, Flat number 1031. It is one of those established apartment complexes in this part of the city. Being in a residential building makes the atmosphere feel very different from a commercial park. It is calmer and feels more personal. We have a decent amount of space inside the flat. We use the rooms for different tasks, mostly keeping things separated so we can concentrate. The windows look out over the society gardens which is nice. We have lived in Dwarka for years so we know the area well. The neighbors are mostly retired folks or families. We try not to make too much noise. Our setup is pretty basic. We have some computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of chairs for when we have meetings. We don't have a professional cleaning crew, so we usually tidy up the place ourselves. It is a very hands-on way of running things. We do not have big signs or branding all over the walls. It just looks like a normal home where people happen to be working. We are just a group of people trying to manage the foundation's affairs from this quiet spot. It is convenient for us and it keeps our costs down. We prefer it this way instead of having a big flashy office.
