Our office is tucked away on the first floor over here in New Delhi. It's 44-C, and if you come by, you’ll see we spend most of our time on the phones or typing things into old computers. Being in the air cargo business means there is a lot of waiting for flight updates and checking on things that are halfway across the world. It’s a lot of paper shifting and making sure the details match up. The first floor gets a bit of the street noise, which keeps things lively. We’ve been at this for a bit, and the walls are starting to show some wear from where we leaned files against them. It’s not a showroom or anything like that. It’s a workplace. We have some tea, handle the calls, and try to make sense of the schedules. Sometimes the internet is slow or a package gets held up somewhere we can't see, and those are the long days. We don't have a big lobby or fancy furniture. Just desks, chairs, and a lot of logistics to sort through every single morning. Delhi weather is what it is, so the fan is usually going full speed. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and get through the pile of work before the day ends. It is mostly about getting the shipments confirmed and hoping the flights are on time today.
