This office is situated at Bhikaji Cama Place inside the Ansal Chambers-I building. We are specifically at the UG-4 unit, which is the upper ground floor. It is a very busy part of New Delhi, and finding a parking spot around here can be a real headache some days. The office itself is quite functional. We have a front desk where people come in to drop off their cameras or printers that aren't working right. Behind that, there is a small area where the technicians do their work. You can usually hear the sound of printers being tested or people talking on the phones. We have been in this building for quite a while now. The air conditioning hums all day to keep the machines cool. We deal with a lot of paper jams and ink issues. Sometimes a professional photographer comes in with a high-end lens that needs a cleaning, and other times it is just a student with a basic inkjet. We keep a stack of service forms on the counter and a bin for old cartridges. The lights in the hallway outside are a bit dim, but our space is bright enough to see the small parts we work with. It is just a regular service center environment. We mostly just keep our heads down and try to get through the pile of repairs that comes in every morning without making too much of a fuss.
