You can find us at number 92 in the Munirka Hanuman Mandir Market. It’s a busy spot, always people moving around and noise from the shops nearby. Caas is a small operation, really. We don’t have a massive team or a lobby with a receptionist. Most days it’s just a couple of us handling whatever comes through the door. The market has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. We know the tea seller down the way and the people at the corner shop. Our space is filled with files and some old chairs that have seen better days. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we keep the fans going. We don’t have much time for fancy presentations or long meetings. Usually, it’s just quick chats and getting the work out of the way. If you come by during the festival season, the market is packed, and it takes forever to get to the door. We’ve thought about moving to a quieter area, but then we’d miss being right in the middle of everything. It's practical being here. People know they can just drop in. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the one by the entrance. It's not a flashy business, just regular work for regular people. We try to keep things honest and get home on time when we can.
