We are located at A42 in Mukesh Apna Bazar, over in Shyam Vihar, Najafgarh. Most people know the 25 Foota Road where we are based. It’s a lively area with a lot of shops and people always moving about. Our workspace is right in the middle of it all. We’ve been doing architectural work for years, mostly focusing on the houses and small buildings right here in Phase I and the surrounding parts of Delhi. Being an architect here isn't just about sitting in front of a computer screen. Most of our time is spent on-site, walking through half-finished buildings and making sure the brickwork is actually where it’s supposed to be. It’s a bit of a messy job, but we like being involved in the actual building part. We handle the drawings and the technical stuff, but we also spend a lot of time just talking to the builders and the homeowners. There’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes we have to change the plans on the fly because of some hidden pipe or a budget change. We don't really go for fancy talk. We just focus on making sure the structure is solid and the layout makes sense for the people living there. It’s a local business, and we know most of the people on our street. That’s just how we like to operate.
