We are based out of Vasant Kunj in New Delhi. Specifically, we are at Flat 1753 A in Sector B, Pocket 1. It’s a busy part of town but our little office stays fairly grounded. We’ve been in the transport and roadlines business for a long time. Our days start early because trucks don't wait for anyone. We’re usually checking on routes, talking to drivers who are halfway across the country, and making sure the loads are secured. The office is tucked away in a residential block, so it feels very much like a local family-run operation. We don’t have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us handling the phones and the logs. Things can get stressful when a truck breaks down or there’s a delay at a checkpoint, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We don’t try to sugarcoat things. If a delivery is going to be late, we just say so. Our space is filled with maps and ledgers and the sound of someone always on a call. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. People in the neighborhood know us and we’ve been here quite a while. We just keep our heads down and try to get the freight from point A to point B safely. It is hard work but we are used to it by now.
