Blue Dart Express

Our place is over at Rz-88A in Roshan Garden, Najafgarh. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, but it gets plenty busy on its own. New Delhi -110037 has its own character. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time. It’s a sturdy place, though the paint could probably use a touch-up here and there. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything. Usually, people just come right in and find us at the desks. There are boxes stacked in the corners most days. We try to keep things tidy, but when shipments are coming in, it’s a bit of a struggle. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We eat together and talk about our families while we work. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice compared to the center of Delhi. We spend our days tracking packages and talking to drivers on their mobile phones. It’s a simple routine. We don’t use a lot of big words or have long meetings. We just look at the schedule and try to stay ahead of it. The desk chairs are a bit old, but they’re comfortable enough for the long shifts. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. It’s just how this business works. We’ve lived in this area for years, so we know all the local shortcuts. It’s an honest day's work for everyone here. We don't need much more than that.
