Up here on the 3rd floor of Malekha House, things stay pretty busy most of the time. We are Blr Logistics Pvt. Ltd, located at House No. D-19 in the Mahipalpur Extension area. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren’t looking for it, but we’ve been operating out of this spot for a good bit now. Being in New Delhi means there is always traffic and noise outside, but once you get up to the office, it’s mostly just us on the phones or checking the computers to see where the trucks are. We deal with a lot of coordination, making sure things move from one point to another without too many headaches. It isn't always smooth, to be honest. Sometimes a driver gets stuck or a shipment is late, and then we have to scramble to fix it. That's just how the logistics business goes. The office isn't very large, just enough space for the desks and some files we keep around. We spend a lot of our day talking to people across the city. It feels like a small team effort most days, just trying to keep the wheels turning. Mahipalpur is a hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the rest of the neighborhood. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people know where we are or they just call us up when they have a load to move. It’s a simple life here, mostly dealing with paperwork and phone calls, but we get the job done.
