Bimladevi Charitable Foundation

The Bimladevi Charitable Foundation is in Main Sagar Pur, specifically at Rz-34/C/2 on the second floor. If you’re looking for us, we’re in Gali No-3 near pole number 212. It’s a typical busy Delhi street with lots of shops and people moving about. We started this foundation to help folks in the neighborhood who are struggling a bit. It’s not a big operation. We have a small room where we keep supplies and records. Most of the time, we are out and about in the lane talking to neighbors or checking on families. It’s a lot of manual work and sometimes it gets exhausting with the heat and the crowds. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one by the door. The second floor gets quite hot in the summer, but we have a fan that helps a little. We spend our own time and energy making sure things get to the people who need them most. It’s very practical work. We might be handing out food one day or helping someone get to a doctor the next. There isn't a lot of structure to it, we just do what’s needed when it comes up. Being in South West Delhi, there’s never a shortage of things to do. We just keep at it, day after day, in our own quiet way. It’s hard work but it matters to us.
