Bensup Hospital

We are based over in Sector 12 of Dwarka. It’s a pretty well-organized area, and we’ve been here in this part of the city for a good number of years now. The hospital isn't one of those giant complexes that you can get lost in for hours. It’s a manageable size, which we think makes it a bit more friendly for the people who have to visit us. Living and working in Dwarka means we see a lot of the same faces regularly, and we’ve gotten to know the local families quite well. The building itself is straightforward, with clear signs so you know where to go once you get inside. We don't have a big public relations department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just focus on the daily tasks of running a hospital and making sure the rooms are ready. Sometimes the parking in Sector 12 can be a bit of a challenge, but we usually manage to find a spot for everyone. The atmosphere inside is generally quiet, though it picks up in the mornings when most people like to come in. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people; we just explain things simply so everyone understands what’s going on. It’s a basic, honest way of doing things, and it seems to work well for our patients in this corner of Dwarka. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
