You can find us at Suruchi Apartment in Sector 10, Dwarka. We are located in Flat 44 on Plot 31. Dwarka is a big place, but Sector 10 is pretty well-known to most locals. We do a lot of global logistics work from this office. It is mostly about managing the flow of goods coming in and out of the city. New Delhi is a crazy place for traffic, so we spend a lot of our time on the phone trying to figure out where the drivers are located. The office is a regular apartment that we have converted for our work. It has got a small kitchen where we make way too much coffee during the day. We are not some corporate giant with a massive glass building. We just have a few rooms and some dedicated people who know their way around shipping labels and cargo manifests. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it tough to work, but we keep the fans going. We deal with all sorts of items, from small parcels to big freight orders that take weeks to move. It is a lot of data entry and checking schedules. We try to be very careful because one wrong number can cause a lot of trouble for everyone involved. People around the apartment complex know us as the shipping folks. We have been here for a good number of years now. It is not a fancy life, but it is what we do. We just keep the wheels turning.
