Balbir Singh & Sons

We have been at X-72 in Loha Mandi for quite a long time now. My father started Balbir Singh & Sons back when Naraina Phase I looked a lot different than it does today. People usually come to us when they need steel or iron stuff for their construction jobs or whatever they are building. It is a busy area with lots of trucks moving in and out, and we are right in the thick of it. My brothers and I handle the daily work ourselves. We do not really do the fancy office thing; we are mostly out on the floor or dealing with the loading guys. Sometimes the dust gets a bit much, but that is just part of being in the mandi. We keep a fair bit of stock on hand because people around here do not like waiting. If you have been around the Naraina industrial area, you probably know where we are located. We do not spend money on big ads or anything like that. Most of our customers have been buying from us for years, and now their sons are coming in to see us too. It is just how things work here. We try to be fair with the prices and get the orders out as fast as we can. There is always a lot of noise from the cutting and moving of metal, so you have to talk a bit louder when you visit. It is not a quiet place, but it is where we work every day from morning until late evening. Just look for the sign at X-72.
