Ayushman Hospital Dwarka

Plot No. 2 in Sector 12 is where we decided to set up Ayushman Hospital Dwarka. It’s situated right in the heart of the community here. We aren’t part of those massive hospital chains that you see all over the news. It is just this one hospital and the people who work inside it. Families from the nearby apartments bring their kids for shots or their elderly parents for checkups. We have a few different departments, so we handle a bit of everything. The shifts for the nurses and ward boys can be really long, and honestly, sometimes we run out of tea or coffee in the break room when things get really hectic. It is a real place with real problems and a lot of hard work happening behind the scenes. We just try to keep the patients as comfortable as we can while they are staying with us. The rooms are basic but functional, and we try to keep the noise down in the evenings so people can actually get some rest. There’s no corporate office telling us what to do; we just manage things ourselves on the ground. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially during the morning rush when everyone wants to see a doctor at once, but we usually manage to get everyone sorted out by the end of the day. It is just an ordinary hospital serving its neighbors.
