We are tucked away in Dwarka Sector-6, over at Palam Vihar, Rz-138. It’s a bit of a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around all the time. Our focus is on spices and eatables, so the air inside usually has a bit of a kick to it that you get used to. It’s a small operation compared to some of the giants in the city, but we like it that way. We spend most of the day sorting through different spices and getting them ready for the customers. The space isn't huge, so we have to be very careful about how we use every corner. There’s a lot of manual work involved, from cleaning the seeds to sealing the packets. We don’t have a lot of fancy technology; it’s mostly just us and a few basic machines. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding the exact spot since the numbering around here can be a bit confusing. But once people find us, they usually remember where we are because of the smell. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the bags tend to pile up near the door. It’s a real, working environment. We don't have time for anything that doesn't help get the job done. We just show up, do our bit with the spices, and try to make sure everything looks right before it goes out.
