Ashley Transport Services Ltd. is located right at House No. 226 in Kapashera, New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Kapashera, you know it’s a place that never really sleeps. There is constant movement and the sound of trucks and cars is always in the background. We are right in the middle of all that activity. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building where we spend our hours. Inside, we keep things pretty basic. We have our desks pushed together and there is always a stack of papers that needs attention. We don't do those big corporate retreats or have long-winded meetings about values. We just know what we have to do and we get it done. The team here is small and we all know each other well enough to skip the formalities. We talk about the weather or the traffic while we work. New Delhi can be a tough place to navigate but we’ve managed to find our rhythm here in Kapashera. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest company out there. We just want to make sure the work is handled properly each day. It’s a straightforward life we lead here. We come in, we do the work, and we go home. That is really all there is to it at our place in New Delhi.
