If you head to the Vardhman City Plus Mall in Sector-23 of Dwarka, you will find us on the first floor at shop number 126. Being inside a mall has its ups and downs, but it makes it easy for people to drop by while they are out doing their other errands. We have a variety of things going on here since it is a polyclinic. It’s not just one type of doctor; we have different rooms set up for different needs. The hallway inside can get a little narrow when there are a few people waiting, but we try to keep things organized. We’ve got the usual clinic smell and the sound of the mall music drifting in from the main corridor. People from all over Dwarka come in, some with minor stuff and others needing more specific help. We spend a lot of time on the phone or updating patient files at the front desk. It is a functional space, nothing too elaborate or fancy. The lighting is bright, and we keep the floors clean. It can get quite hectic on the weekends when the mall is full, but we just stick to our routine and see the patients as they come. We have been in this spot for some time now, and most of the other shopkeepers around here know us. It’s just a place where people can get their health concerns looked at in a familiar setting.
