Architectural Engineering Design

You can find us at Shop No 3 right on Bhogal Road. Architectural Engineering Design has been in this spot for a while, and the neighborhood knows us pretty well. Being in a shop-front means people often just stick their head in to ask a quick question about a wall they want to knock down or a new room they're thinking about adding. It’s a busy road, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We do a mix of things here, some engineering stuff and a lot of drawing. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks with our computers and some old-fashioned rulers. We don't really have a lobby, so you’re basically walking right into where the work happens. It’s honest work. Sometimes we’re out at sites getting dusty, and other times we’re here arguing over structural details. It’s not always pretty, especially when we’re trying to meet a deadline and the coffee runs out. We don’t do big speeches about what we do. People come to us because they need a plan that works, and that’s what we try to give them. Bhogal is a lively place to work, and being right on the road makes us feel like part of the local scene. It’s just a regular office where we try to get the engineering and the design to meet in the middle.
