Our place is up on the 6th floor of Vishal Tower, over at Plot No-10 in the District Centre. It's Flat 16. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy area below. It’s a typical office building setup with a lot of other businesses around us. Arjun and the rest of us stay pretty busy with the local property market. The District Centre is always buzzing with people, so there’s never really a quiet day. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork and taking calls about different listings. It’s not a massive operation. We just focus on getting the details right for anyone who comes to see us. Sometimes the lift takes forever to arrive, but we’re used to the wait by now. We handle various realtor tasks, mostly focused on the surrounding neighborhoods. It’s practical work. We don’t go for flashy stuff, just regular desks, some old computers, and a lot of folders. People stop by to talk about buying or selling, and we just give them the facts as we see them. It's been a learning process over the years, but we know the local property scene quite well now. We just try to stay organized and keep the coffee pot going through the afternoon. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always just to manage the property side of things properly and honestly.
