Our office is tucked away in Vpo Bharthal, which is pretty close to Dwarka Sector 24 in New Delhi. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the busier parts of the city, but we like it that way because it keeps things low-key. We started Arc Detectives Pvt. Ltd. just to help folks out with things they couldn't figure out on their own. Most days, we’re just sitting here going through documents or talking to people over the phone. It’s not like what you see on television with the magnifying glasses and the trench coats. It’s mostly just a lot of waiting around and checking facts. The office isn't very big, just a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets that we probably need to organize better. Traffic around Dwarka can be a real headache in the mornings, so some of us usually show up a bit late, but we stay until the work is finished. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or a big lobby. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we get our morning chai, and that’s usually when we talk about what needs to be done for the day. Whether it's looking into someone's background or finding a missing person, we just put in the hours and try to get the answers. It’s regular work for us, and we’ve been at this same spot for a while now.
