Amatrra Spa

We are located right inside the Ashok Hotel over in Chanakya Puri. It is a pretty famous spot in the Diplomatic Enclave, but we just focus on what happens inside our four walls. Being at 50-B means we see a lot of people coming in who are staying at the hotel or living nearby in Delhi. The spa business is mostly about atmosphere, but behind the scenes, it is just a lot of laundry and making sure the oils are stocked up. We aren't trying to sound like some corporate brochure. It is just a place where you can come and sit down for a bit. The area outside is very green and quiet because of all the embassies around, which helps. We have been here for a while and have seen the city change quite a bit. Our staff mostly just goes about their work, keeping the rooms tidy and the water warm. It is not always perfect; sometimes a lightbulb goes out or the music player acts up, but we fix it as we go. It is a practical setup despite being in such a well-known hotel. People come in looking tired and we just do our job to help them feel a bit better before they head back out into the Delhi traffic. No fancy talk needed really. It is just a spa in a nice building, doing what spas do every day. The location is the main thing people notice first.
