Alliance Nirmaan Ltd

Alliance Nirmaan Ltd is located at 124/325 Dwarka Sector 12, right in the Vardman Plaza. Dwarka is a big area, but Sector 12 is a pretty central spot for us. Our office in Vardman Plaza is where we handle the administrative side of our construction and development work. It’s a standard commercial building, so there’s always a lot of other businesses around and people coming and going. We’ve been working in the Nirmaan or construction field for quite a while now. We don't have a big, fancy showroom. We mostly have desks, some technical drawings pinned to the walls, and a lot of coffee cups. It’s a place for planning out residential or commercial spaces. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and suppliers. It gets a bit noisy during the day when the plaza is busy, but we’re used to it. We try to be realistic about how long things take. Construction is always full of surprises, so we just try to manage them as they come up. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just talk about the plots, the square footage, and the timelines. It’s a straightforward operation. We’ve got a few local guys working with us, and we all just try to get through the day's tasks. It’s a solid, local business just trying to build decent spaces for people.
