You can find us at House No F 331, up on the third floor in Mirza Wali Gali. It’s in Lado Sarai, which is a place with a lot of character and narrow lanes. Aller Hr Consulting Llp is what we call ourselves. We do human resources work, which basically means we help people with jobs and hiring stuff. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to different people about their careers. It’s interesting work because you never know who is going to call next. The street outside, Mirza Wali Gali, is always full of life and a bit of chaos, but that’s just part of being in this area. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some desks. We like it this way because it’s honest and we can focus on the people instead of the appearance. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we don't mind. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. We just try to do right by the folks who ask for our help with their staffing needs. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy every day without much fuss.
