Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. is located at B-4/205 in Safdarjung Enclave. This isn't an industrial zone like some of our other sites; it is a bit more of a residential and commercial mix. Our office is tucked away here, and it is where we handle the administrative side of our contracting work. We have been in the construction and contracting game for a long time. The office is filled with blueprints, project files, and the sound of people talking on the phone with various site supervisors. It is a busy environment, but in a focused way. We do not have a flashy front desk or anything like that. When you walk in, you are likely to see someone hunched over a large drawing or typing up a report. It is a practical space. Safdarjung Enclave is a good area to be based in because it is relatively central. We manage projects from all over, but this is the home base. We keep things simple here. The focus is always on the current projects and making sure the contracts are being followed. There is a lot of back-and-forth with clients and suppliers. We have grown over the years, but the way we work has not changed much. We just stick to the basics of good contracting. It is about being reliable and getting the building work finished. We are not much for words; we just let the work we do on-site speak for us.
