Being near the Jharoda Border in Najafgarh means we see a lot of trucks and movement all day long. This part of South West Delhi feels a bit different from the main city, maybe a little more industrial and dusty. Our space is basic but it works for what we do. We handle international trade, so there’s always a bit of stress regarding shipping schedules and documents. The office is often filled with the sound of the printer or someone talking to a driver on the phone. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door answers it. It’s a practical environment. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and we know the neighbors well. The Khara number system here can be confusing for people visiting for the first time, but once you find Satyam Puram, it’s not too bad. The Jharoda Border area is always full of dust from the road, so we have to wipe down our desks every morning before we start. It's just part of being in this part of Najafgarh. We just focus on getting the goods moved without too much fuss. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking lists and verifying addresses, but it's what keeps the business running.
