Our office is tucked away in Safdarjung Enclave, at A-1/110. It’s quite near the old Kamal Cinema, which is a landmark everyone in this part of Delhi knows. The building isn’t anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we have everything we need to keep things running. We spend our time helping people with the whole process of getting into schools and colleges. It involves a lot of reading through brochures and keeping track of dates that are always changing. The desks are usually covered in notebooks and lists. We aren’t a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how the admission cycle works. The area around Safdarjung is usually pretty busy, so there’s always a bit of noise from the street coming through the windows. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or high-end decor because that’s not what we are about. We just need a table, some chairs, and a working internet connection to do what we do. People come in and out all day, often looking a bit stressed about their applications, so we just give them a seat and start going through the steps. It’s practical work. There’s no script we follow, we just talk to people like normal and try to get the forms filled out correctly. It’s what we’ve been doing for a long time now.
