Out here at Rzc-49 in Gopal Nagar, things move at their own pace. We are located in the Najafgarh area of New Delhi-110043, and if you live around here, you know it’s a bit of a trek from the main city center. Aditya Birla Retail Lmited. is the official name we use, even with that little spelling quirk on some of our documents. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a solid place where we handle the retail side of things. The morning starts early with getting everything ready before the heat gets too intense. Najafgarh has its own feel, different from the rest of Delhi, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythms of the street outside. People come and go, asking for this or that, and we just try to keep up with the demand. There is always a lot of paperwork to file and inventory that needs counting, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the power flutters or the internet goes slow, but that’s just how it is working in this part of town. We don't have a big corporate team sitting here; it's just a few of us making sure the daily operations don't fall apart. It is a straightforward way to earn a living. We aren’t making any big promises about changing the world. We just stay at our post here in Gopal Nagar and do what is expected of us until it's time to head home.
