Adishakti Industries Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away at F-17, Ansal Villa, in Satbadi Village. It’s a bit different from the usual industrial parks. It feels a little more like a neighborhood here. We've been operating out of this spot for a few years now. The space at F-17 is where everything happens for us. It’s not a huge facility, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. We spend our days managing the production and making sure things are moving along. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out and talk for a while. It’s just one of those things you deal with. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and see us working at our stations. We’re a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. It makes the day go by faster. Satbadi Village is a nice place to work. It’s got a bit of character to it. We aren't trying to change the world, we’re just running Adishakti Industries the best way we know how. There’s always something to fix or a new problem to solve. We just take it one day at a time and keep the machines running. It’s a steady life and we are used to the pace here. We like the local feel of the village around us.
