Aayur Sparsh Ayurveda & Physiotherapy Clinic

We are over at 301 Kakrola Housing Complex. It’s easy to find if you know where Rajesh Gahlot’s office is, as we are right near there. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the housing complex, but it also means a lot of stairs if you aren't using the lift. The clinic handles both Ayurveda and physiotherapy, so we have a mix of smells and equipment around. You might smell oils in one room and see exercise bands in another. It’s a functional space, nothing too pretty or decorated. We mostly focus on getting through the appointments. The staff stays busy cleaning the tables and getting the oils ready for the next person. It’s a quiet atmosphere usually, apart from the sound of the traffic outside. We have a lot of regular people from the Kakrola area who come in. Sometimes we sit and have tea in the small pantry when there’s a gap in the schedule. The furniture is practical and we try to keep things as tidy as we can, though it gets cluttered with files and supplies sometimes. It’s a local business run by people who live nearby. We don't use big words or fancy equipment; we just use what we have to help people feel a bit better. It’s just daily life for us here in the complex. We've been here a while and the routine is pretty set.
