Our office is tucked away at 111/9 in Kishangarh, right across from B-4 in Vasant Kunj. If you know the area, you know the roads can be a bit narrow and crowded with parked cars and people walking to the local shops. It’s a different vibe from the big malls just a few minutes away. We work on infrastructure projects, so there’s always a lot of maps and site plans rolled up in the corners of the room. The building we’re in is practical—nothing too modern, just enough space for us to sit and coordinate our teams out in the field. There’s usually a pot of tea going, and someone is always coming in from a site with mud on their boots. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to sort out logistics or talking to suppliers. It’s a busy atmosphere at A2Z Infrastructure Ltd., and it can get a bit hectic when several projects are moving at once. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just poke your head in and find who you need. The walls are thin, so you can hear the neighbors and the street noise pretty clearly. It keeps us feeling connected to the neighborhood, I guess. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything gets built the way it's supposed to be.
