A R Design and Facilities

A R Design and Facilities is located at A-249 on the first floor, right at the front side of the building in Chhatarpur Extension. We are pretty close to Nanda Hospital, so that’s usually how people find their way to us. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a good bit, focusing on both the design side of things and the actual maintenance or facilities part. It’s a bit of a dual role. One day we might be sketching out a new room layout, and the next we might be figuring out why a building's systems aren't running right. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big sales team. It’s just us doing the work and answering the phones. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and tools, but that’s just how we work. We try to be very straightforward with people about what we can do and how long it’s going to take. In Chhatarpur, things can get a bit chaotic with the narrow streets and the constant building going on, so we’ve learned to be flexible. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do decent work for the people who hire us. It’s mostly about making sure things are functional and that the client isn't stressed out by the process. We’ve learned a lot over the years about what works in these types of buildings.
