Serenity Hospitals Private Limited is out in a village called Bhimapara, which is in the South Salmara area. You can find us near the Hatsingimari post office at Sardar Estiak Ahmed’s place. It’s a rural setting, quite far from the noise of the big cities like Guwahati. We don’t have those massive glass buildings or expensive medical equipment that you see on TV. Our hospital is a much more basic and grounded place. We mostly serve the local farmers and their families from the surrounding villages. Being in a spot like Bhimapara means we have to deal with things like power cuts and rough roads, especially during the monsoon. But we stay open because people here need us. The staff is mostly from around here, so they understand the local needs and the way people live. We don't spend money on marketing or fancy signs. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they’ve lived here their whole lives. It’s a lot of hard work keeping everything running smoothly in this part of the country. We just focus on the patients who walk in and do our best with what we have. It’s a quiet, practical kind of place where we just try to be helpful to our neighbors. It isn't a flashy private clinic, just a regular hospital doing its job in the middle of a village. Every day brings different challenges, but we just keep at it.
