You can find V Realty Solutions Llp at Shop 111 on the first floor of Lake Plaza in Fatorda. We are right there in Margao, South Goa. It’s a busy building with a lot of different shops and offices. Our space is small but it has everything we need to get the job done. We aren't interested in making our office look like a fancy lounge. It’s for work. We deal with real estate questions, help with property searches, and manage the administrative side of things. Margao is a hub, so there is always someone coming by with a question about a plot or a shop for lease. We try to be helpful without giving people a big sales talk. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do the work. Some days we are stuck behind the desk for hours, and other days we are out in the sun looking at sites. The stairs up to the first floor keep us moving. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and we know the other business owners in the plaza. It feels like a good community.
