Tata Asset Management

We are situated in New Vaddem, Vasco-Da-Gama, right at H.No. 641/C in a building called Kripadham. It’s close to the Vaddem Nagar School, so you can often hear the kids playing during their breaks. This is where we handle asset management tasks. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the center of town. The office is inside a house-like structure, which gives it a more personal feel than a big commercial block. We have desks set up with computers and plenty of files tucked away in cabinets. Dealing with assets means we spend a lot of time looking at numbers and reading through documents. It’s quiet work for the most part. The air conditioning is usually running because it gets pretty humid here in Goa. We have a small porch where we sometimes stand to get some fresh air. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We just take care of the portfolios and make sure the records are kept straight. It’s a steady pace of work. Being near the school makes the area feel lived-in and real. We like being part of this little community in Vasco while we go about our daily business. We just keep our eyes on the files and the clock. It's a decent way to spend the day.
