St Anthony Caterers is right here in Nuvem. We’ve been operating out of this area for a long time now. It’s a small village setup where everyone is pretty much connected. We don’t have a big office building or anything like that. Our workspace is simple and serves its purpose. Most of our days are spent prepping for whatever event is coming up next. It could be a small family gathering or something a bit larger at the church. We don’t really go in for fancy titles or corporate structures. Everyone just chips in where they’re needed. Some days we’re chopping vegetables, other days we’re loading up the van. The weather in Nuvem can be unpredictable, especially during the rains, which makes transport a bit tricky sometimes. But we’ve lived here all our lives, so we know how to handle it. We don’t do a lot of advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. We focus on getting the flavors right and making sure there’s enough for everyone to have seconds. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Goa. We just want to do right by the people in our community. If you see us driving around in the van, feel free to wave. We’re just a local business trying to do honest work every day without any fuss or fancy talk.
