Skyacres Realty Llp

We've been operating Skyacres Realty Llp for a bit now out of Sameer Shrikant Malik's place. It is over at 108 B Raghunathacadia in Murda, which is part of the Pequeno area in Nuvem Verna. Things here move at their own pace. We aren't a giant office with shiny glass walls or anything like that. Mostly, it is just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who want to find a spot around here. This part of Goa has its own way of doing things, and we try to keep up with that. Sometimes the phones are busy, other times it is quiet. We know the roads and the neighborhoods around Nuvem pretty well since we spend most of our days right here. If you are looking for us, we are tucked away in the residential part, not on some big main highway. It makes things feel more personal when neighbors just drop by to ask about land or houses. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s mostly word of mouth and people knowing where Sameer’s office is. Dealing with property can be a headache with all the documents, so we just try to get through the files one by one. It’s honest work. We like it here in Verna. The area is changing but we still know who is who. That counts for something when you are doing this kind of work. We just take things as they come.
