You can find Oscar Hospitality Concpets at A/Gs, 3 and 4th in the Rich Ville Complex. We’ve got a bit of space here where we work on ideas for restaurants and hotels. It’s not a flashy showroom or anything like that. Mostly, it’s just us sitting around tables with sketches, samples, and a lot of coffee. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at floor plans, trying to figure out what will actually work for a kitchen or a dining area. The complex is usually busy, and sometimes finding a parking spot is the hardest part of the morning. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a team of people in suits. It’s just a small group of us who know the hospitality business from the inside. We’ve seen what works and what falls apart after a month, so we try to be practical. Our desks are usually covered in catalogs and swatches. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We just want to help people get their places set up right so they can actually run their business. It’s about being useful, not about having the biggest name in the industry. We just stay here in the complex and do the work every day. It's nothing too fancy, just regular folks doing a job.
