Ocwen Financial Solutions is situated right across from Kudchadkar’s Hospital in Mariaband, Margao. Being here in Goa gives the office a bit of a different feel than if we were in a big city like Mumbai. We handle financial tasks and paperwork, so things can get quite detailed. The office itself is practical. We have desks, filing cabinets, and the usual office equipment you’d expect. It’s not a place with a lot of decoration; we mostly focus on the numbers and the files in front of us. Since we are near the hospital, the area is usually busy with people coming and going. We’ve been at this Margao address for some time now and have a steady routine. Most of the staff have been here for years. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy corporate events. We just show up, do the work for our clients, and go home to our families. Some days the humidity is a bit much, but we have the fans going. It’s a straightforward workplace. People know where to find us if they have questions about their accounts or need help with some forms. We try to be clear with people and not use too many big financial words that don't mean much to the average person. It’s just a regular office doing regular work in a nice part of Goa. We like the pace here.
