We operate out of the Round Building in the Commerce Centre. It’s part of a bigger thing called Perfect Hospitality Solutions, but we mostly focus on helping people see Goa. Our office is at F-62, and it’s usually full of papers, maps, and people talking on the phones. We aren't a big fancy travel agency with a huge glass front. It’s just a workspace where we figure out the best ways to get people from one place to another. We spend our days talking to taxi drivers, hotel owners, and boat operators. Goa is a busy place, and there is always something going on, so we have to keep up with the changes. We don't use a lot of big words or make huge promises. We just try to get the details right so nobody gets stuck without a room or a ride. Most of us grew up here, so we know which beaches are too crowded and which roads are closed for repairs. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and typing on computers, but we also get out to check on things ourselves. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the phones won't stop ringing, but that’s just the nature of the business. We are just a group of people who know the area well and want to help others find their way around the state. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it for a while now.
